Full End-To-End Property Finding Services – Fees
This service can be used for the Home Purchase, Residential Investment as well as International and Commercial Property finding services. It covers every aspect of the property buying process – from strategy discussion and consultation through to search, shortlist, due diligence, inspection and viewings, negotiation and conveyancing through to completion.
Residential Purchase
Property up to £2M
- A retainer fee of £850 (no VAT) is required to engage us.
- The retainer fee is payable upfront and is non-refundable.
You can then choose from the following 2 options:
- A fixed upfront fee of £5,000 (no VAT)
Or - A success fee of 1.25% of the eventual purchase price (payable on exchange of contracts)
Property in excess of £2M
- A retainer fee of £1,000 (no VAT) is required to engage us.
- The retainer fee is payable upfront and is non-refundable.
You can then choose from the following 2 options:
- A fixed upfront fee of £10,000 (no VAT)
Or - A success fee of 1.25% of the eventual purchase price (payable on exchange of contracts)
Residential Rental
- A retainer fee of £750 (non-refundable and payable upfront) is required to engage us.
And - One month’s rent (payable at the start of the tenancy)
