Domus Holmes Property Finder was founded in 2015 by Jerome Lartaud, a seasoned Buying Agent and property investor, and Claire Russell-Lartaud, a qualified property lawyer with over 18 years professional experience working with high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

Jerome Lartaud
Co-Founder and Director
Jerome is a French seasoned property investor and developer, with over 25 years’ experience investing in and renovating residential and commercial properties in France and the UK.
A commercially minded, strong negotiator with solid planning and analytical skills, he combines strong business acumen and solid project management experience, enabling him to assist clients with any project specifications and requirements.
With a particular passion for prime and super prime properties, he leads Domus Holmes’ property finding services.

Claire Russell-Lartaud
BA LLB (Hons – First Class)
Co-Founder & Director
Claire is a qualified and practising residential property lawyer with over 18 years professional experience in both the UK and Australian property markets and 20 years personal experience buying, renovating and selling properties.
During her property career she gained a wealth of residential and commercial property experience acting for a wide range of clients from blue chip companies to Ultra High Net Worth private clients, including time working as an in-house solicitor for a UHNW private family office.
Having a passion for all things property, she left her corporate career behind her in 2015 to immerse herself completely in the property world.
